Union workers earn more.

Your right to unionize is worth more money than you imagine.

There's a reason that your company discourages unionization. Simply put, your company doesn't want to pay you more. That anti-union video that they made you watch during training didn't give you the facts. So here they are:

On average, union workers earn $207 more a week than non-union workers.24
Unionized women earn $217 more per week than women who work in non-union jobs.25
The average worker will accumulate an additional $551,000 in wealth by the time he retires – simply by joining a union.26

Can you afford health care? Do you choose between taking a sick day and feeding your family? Is an unpredictable schedule making it hard to find reliable childcare? Can you afford to save for retirement?

Too often, workers give doubtful answers to these questions. Yet we know one thing for certain: union workers earn better benefits.

On average, non-union employers spend just $8.70/hour per worker on employee benefits; whereas union employers spend more than double that amount – $18.75/hour.29
95% of union workers have access to health benefits27, and 79% of them participate in the plan.24 Yet only 68% of non-union workers have access to health benefits,27 and a mere 49% of those workers participate in their company plan.24 This participation gap indicates that the plans offered by non-union employers are not affordable for most workers.28
Through collective bargaining, union workers consistently negotiate more predictable work schedules.30
How?

Once 30% of your store cluster signs up, the NLRB will hold a union election.

In brief, here's how it works:

You can join Unionize.me by clicking here. After 30% of your store signs up, we connect it with other organizing stores to form a cluster. When your cluster gets big enough, we submit your union cards to the National Labor Relations Board ("NLRB") – the U.S Government Agency responsible for enforcing workers' rights to unionize.

Upon submission of the union cards, the NLRB will hold elections in the clustered stores. When a majority of your store votes for unionization, Unionize.me will negotiate with your company for higher wages, better benefits, and stable hours. If your company refuses, we'll strike together. Our organization is only a platform. It is our members that must stand up, take to the picket line, and disrupt the status quo.
